The evaluation rank of the journal by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran in 2023 is A

 

Journal of "Geography and Environmental Sustainability" based on license No. 168323/18/3/dated 16/8/ In 2015, the Commission for Scientific Journals of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran has been awarded the scientific-research rank since the autumn issue of 2015.

 

This journal only publishes articles related to the subject of geography and environmental sustainability, including the following:

 

  • Discovering the capabilities of regions for sustainable development and predicting the imbalances caused by the development plan.
  • Estimating environmental capacities for population establishments and planning for housing in proportion to population growth.
  • Manipulating environmental systems and predicting their outcome in the short and long term.
  • Geomorphological and ecological consequences of urban development environments.
  • Investigating signs of instability such as baseline changes, desertification, soil erosion, climate change, etc.

Geography and Environmental Sustainability is a peer-reviewed open-access quarterly journal that publishes research on geography and environmental sustainability. It is published by Razi University, Keranshah, Islamic Republic of Iran.
